Can I take a sabbatical?
My average purulent otitis media, as the ENT explained to me, appeared as a result of sinusitis that I suffered last year. Because of otitis, I can hardly hear it (only when they speak loudly and all voices echo). Prescribed a bunch of drugs. I am trying to be treated, but still there is little result. In general, the ENT advised is more warm, to sit still at home, to heal. But the problem is that I missed a lot in college (due to illness and just like that), and I need to pay my debts. You need to pass before the end of February or expelled. Can I take an academic in this case? I don't want to lose my studies .... I'm 19, I'm in college, second year.

In principle, for reasons of health, you can take an academic. You'd better check with the administration of your school.

Good afternoon Alina! Of course, you can count on academic leave. I almost had a case when I worked. They gave the hospital without problems, before that I read here how to get a hospital for otitis.
