How to get rid of excess weight? Circular flow QI
Stand up straight, shoulder-width apart, arms down along your hips. Rotate your hips as if you were spinning a hula hoop.
After thirty turns in either direction, do the same in the opposite direction.
If you have a good figure and want to keep or improve it, do all four exercises: “Raising the Sky”, “Pulling the Moon”, “Dilution of Water” and “Circular Flow of Chi”.
If you have large fat deposits in the waist, do only “Raise the Sky” and “Stretch the Moon” for three months and then go on to two other exercises.
