How to learn not to be late for work? :-) Only real ways, pliz!

I am so familiar with your problem. I myself was always late for work and not because I sleep for a long time (although this too), but simply because I just can’t get out earlier. As if something was holding me right outside the door. It helped me to live five to ten minutes ahead. That's exactly how late I am everywhere. If you have the habit of being late for more, then my method is unlikely to suit you. I transferred all the watches in the house, on the phone, and my wrist watches five minutes ahead. Purely psychologically, this was enough for me to start coming on time.
