From the vegetarian I prefer the Greek salad with soy cheese. Such a yummy ... It is done simply. Mix tofu (soy cheese) -100 grams - you need to cut it into cubes, cut 3 tomatoes and 2 cucumbers, half a bell pepper, a small onion and mix. Add 20 pieces of cleaned olives, oregano-tablespoon is enough, we sprinkle with 2 spoons of sunflower oil (ideally olive, but I personally do not like the taste), a pinch of black pepper (or less, as you like) and salt it. Better if you give 15 minutes to brew, then it turns out the most delicious, and tofu does not differ in taste from real cheese.
