Problems with the mouse Bloody R8A.

Problems with the mouse Bloody R8A. I bought it a week ago, everything worked fine, but today, when switching from 3 core to 1, the mouse died. The backlight stopped burning, tried to restart the computer. All to no avail. The computer mouse does not see the problem in the mouse itself. What happened please tell me!?

Tried to plug into another USB port? Maybe a problem with the drivers? In general, I would take it back to the store.

Yes, I tried. The store will not work, I lost the check (I am very sorry about that). The mouse itself does not respond, it has connected it to another computer, everything is the same.

Try to take the mouse along with all the documentation to the store, there must be kept a copy of the check.
