Pumpkin pie with cottage cheese

For the preparation we need:

For the dough: half a glass of sifted flour, a packet of butter, five spoonfuls of sugar, an egg, a little water.

For filling: half a kilogram of fresh pumpkin, a glass of sugar, one lemon, five eggs, two tablespoons of starch, a glass of black currant berries, two tablespoons of powdered sugar, a small packet of vanillin, 750 grams of cottage cheese, lemon peel.

Preparation

From the prepared products we knead short pastry, cover with food film and put it away in the cold.

While the dough cools, turn to pumpkin. Vegetable me, peel and cut the flesh with medium cubes, boil them for about fifteen minutes. In the water where the pumpkin is brewed, add two tablespoons of sugar and squeeze out the juice from the lemon. The finished vegetable is mashed until it is mashed and left to cool.

Roll out the short pastry and put it in a greased form, slightly lifting the edges. Cover the dough with parchment paper and bake at high temperature for fifteen minutes.

This is a traditional dish, which is prepared in the US on Thanksgiving Day.

We need:

For the dough: one and a half glasses of flour, salt, half a glass of soft butter, one yolk.

For the filling: a pumpkin weighing about a kilogram, two eggs, six tablespoons of sugar, a glass of cream, four spoons of sweet syrup, salt, a spoon of spices and powdered sugar.

Preparation

In the flour add salt, butter and rub until crumbs. Then drive in the yolk, add a spoonful of ice water and knead the dough. From the finished dough, we form the ball and remove it for half an hour in the refrigerator.

In the meantime, we are preparing the filling. Pumpkin is cleaned, cut into cubes, put into a saucepan, add water and cook until soft. After mashing it with a fork and spread it in a sieve to make the glass water.

We roll the dough, put it into a mold with a removablebottom, pierced with a fork and cover with oiled paper. Bake for ten minutes at 200 degrees. Then we remove the paper and put it in the oven for another five minutes.

Spread out the pumpkin puree. Then rub the eggs with sugar, add syrup, cream, spices, salt, mix everything and put it into shape too.
We put the pumpkin pie on for forty minutes. Sprinkle with cooked powder.
Pumpkin cake

Ingredients: three and a half glasses of flour, a spoonful of salt, three spoons of baking powder, a spoon of vegetable oil, four eggs, two glasses of pumpkin puree, cinnamon, two glasses of sugar.

Preparation

In the flour pour baking powder, salt and spices. In a separate cup, beat eggs, sugar, butter, spread the pumpkin and add everything to the flour. We mix everything thoroughly and bake in the mul'tivarke. Readiness can be checked with a toothpick.
