Faith, all this is conditional. I once tried not to eat myself after six, but just like you, I don’t lie down at eight, but closer to 12. Therefore, by nightfall, I simply overcame my hunger. I concluded that abstinence is not for me. About not to eat two hours before bedtime, here I agree. You should not go to bed with a full stomach, it is not good for sleep. nor for digestion. Therefore, if you are satisfied with this option, it is better to afford a light dinner a couple of hours before bedtime, and a glass of kefir for the night. Do not eat fat and salty in the evening, thirst will torment, and a large volume of water will stretch the walls of the stomach and you will sleep in fragments))).
