  • Melt the margarine or butter in a deep bowl.Pour sugar, add eggs, kefir and, if desired, lemon zest and vanilla.
  • Gradually stirring gently pour flour and soda. The consistency of the test should turn out like thick sour cream.
  • If you chose jam for the filling, add it immediately, stir and pour the dough into a baking dish.
  • If it is fruit: wash, cut the cores, peel off the skin and cut into large pieces.
  • Prepare a baking dish, put a piece of paper on the bottom, grease it with vegetable or butter. Sprinkle a little breading with white breading, that is, rub for this a piece of white bread without a crust. Next, put the fruit on the form and fill them with dough.
  • Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the dish for about 25 minutes. You will have a ruddy, appetizing cake that needs to be turned in order for the fruit to be at the top and become the decoration of your dish. You can also powder the fruit with powdered sugar.

Ingredients:

  • 1 p. Margarine;
  • 1 egg;
  • 3 tbsp. lie sugar, 1 tbsp. powdered sugar;
  • 2 tbsp. lie cocoa;
  • Flour approximately 3 glasses.

Cooking method:

  • Melt the margarine in a deep bowl, add sugar, cocoa, beaten egg.
  • Adding flour, knead the dough.

Microwave Sponge Cake

Virtually every home has a microwave, the convenience of which we sometimes underestimate. The recipe of cooking, as you may have guessed, is very simple even for a young, inexperienced hostess.   • Eggs (3 pcs.);
