  1. The softness of the beef depends on the meat itself. It happens that you buy a bad piece, and at least how much you cook it, and the meat is tough, like a sole! Select the beef, based on the purpose: for stewing meat, take the shoulder blade or the back of the shank; for frying and cooking chops - tenderloin. Never take beef with yellow fat - this indicates a cow of old age, whose meat will be 100% tough.
  2. If you are going to fry beef, then at the very beginning fry the pieces on a high heat from both sides.Thus, the juice will remain inside the meat, that is, do not flow into the pan, and the beef will be juicy.
  3. When you add water to the pan with meat, in no case do not fill it with cold water, just boiling water! The fact is that because of the sharp change in temperature, beef acquires rigidity.
  4. In beef, it is advised to add tomato paste or vinegar when cooking. They contain acid, which is able to soften the beef fibers.

How to cook juicy beef stew


  • Beef - 700 gr.
  • vegetable oil
  • Table Vinegar - 2 Tablespoons
  • Bay leaf
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • tomato paste - 1.5 tomato paste
  • garlic
  • salt, spices


Rinse the beef thoroughly with cold water, pat dry with a paper towel so that there is no water left. Now cut the beef into cubes of about 3 * 4 cm. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, and when it warms up, place the meat in it.Fry from all sides on high heat, so that the juice does not flow out, but remains inside the meat. As soon as a golden crust appears, put the beef in a pan with a thick bottom, pour boiling water over it and immediately add vinegar. After boiling, reduce the heat, cover with a lid and let it stew for 1 hour. After this time, add bay leaf, onion and shabby carrot to the meat. Let the beef stew for another 20 minutes. Now salt the dish, add spices, shabby garlic and tomato paste. Stir and simmer for 7-10 minutes over low heat. At home all the fingers lick!

How to cook beef in pots


  • Beef - 500 gr.
  • potatoes - 1 kg.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.

Cut onion into half rings, fry. Add the shabby carrot and fry. In the whole thing put diced beef, salt and pepper. But the meat should not be fried until ready, but lightly fried. Place the tomato paste (or ketchup) in the pan and remove from the heat.Then cook the potatoes a little separately, again not ready, lightly. Salt it. Now it's time to put the food in the pots. The first layer will be potatoes, then - beef. Close the pots with a lid and simmer in the oven for 40 minutes.

How to cook beef in this way?


  • Beef - 500 gr.
  • potatoes - 1 kg.
  • mushrooms - 300 gr.
  • onion - 2 pcs.
  • mayonnaise
  • salt and spices


Wash the meat, dry it with a paper towel. Cut the beef into small cubes. Immediately cook the other ingredients: cut the mushrooms, onion into half rings, potatoes - into thin circles. Now in a baking dish lay in layers: beef (salt and pepper), onions, mushrooms, potatoes (salt and pepper), mayonnaise. Beef bake in the oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees.
